How are enrollment reps evaluated these days? Do you have to make numbers?

ESA's are evaluated on the "what have you done for me lately?" scale. Oh you got a referral app last week? That's nice, what about this week? How many referrals have you generated? When is your next student going APPIN? I can't wait until this place closes down!
This is exactly how Corinthian Colleges went under. Too bad they didn't learn anything from that.
Yup still a monthly quota and you can get fired for not enrolling enough people now it is an expectation you have to bring in your own business
