Barely a year since the merger, and this is a completely different company... I know change is the point of a merger, but I'm yet to see some positive changes take place...
Plenty of negative ones, though...
The focus has completely shifted from innovation to simply making sure that the lights are kept on... Yeah, not the best approach in this industry...
The company currently only tracks shareholder value, while ignoring those who create that value - its employees... As a result, we are losing some of our best talent, especially in IT...
Our systems are becoming more outdated each passing day... But the investment needed to update them is simple not there anymore...
Merger destroyed once great company...
