Sad ...but true...you cannot get a job unless you know "someone" ...and if you do, they ask you to "modify" the CV to match the job description...so you get the job...
That is how we ended up hiring people with a background in health, others with a background in design and construction of cars or medical equipment...............OMG...Did we stop verifying credentials? Or if they are recommended by a current employee, nothing else matters!!!!!!! Waste of money TransCanada!
