I'm amazed that anyone actually buys into 'core values' or other such BS that some consultant dreams up and the wise parrot. You're just supposed to play along and pretend that the latest video made you have an epiphany.

Been here 7 years, just started looking around. I hear that there will be some layoffs today and some next week, mostly nonessential levels of management. This place started to change when Potter left and went to sh-- when Gremp walked out the door. This has become a side show.
MaryAnn. How about Ginger?
Why is Maryann still employed after the accounting f/u in Q1? A $191 million profit was actually a $19 million loss.
This company is disgusting and I've lost my soul staying for the money. There is zero loyalty from majority of management. Many are incompetent but there are a few that are valuable but they have no authority. Watching the dog and pony show with the investors this week is solidifying my thoughts. So many excellent friends / colleagues are leaving.
I drank the core values koolaid, I watched the mandatory ethics and core values annual interactive videos, I attended the core values off site pep rallys and after 23 years, I received the core values good bye and don't come back handshake, I was replaced by a newer core values cheerleader, rah, rah, rah
FMC literally does not value any of their senior employees. Numerous cases of letting go senior employees and replacing them with new younger people. Value and ethics are not parts of FMC's DNA.
Trickle down of it
More layoffs of the senior employees ?
