we've been getting more and more changes in procedure and less and less training for it...
we are expected to do our jobs every day perfectly, but we are barely told how to do something anymore... but if we make a mistake, it's an automatic writeup... not sure what's going on lately with all of this...
not to mention, walgreens expect us to do two jobs that are not in the same place at the same time... how exactly am i supposed to unload a truck and work the floor at the same time? it's not going to kill the company to add a few extra hours for a worker on truck days...
