Juniper is known to settle law suites at the slightest hint of one, even before they go to court.

So, now you know what to do. Get yourself a good lawyer, and call up Juniper’s chief Counsel.

If you have been treated unfairly, you should be retiring early. No lawsuit is frivolous against Juniiper.

Quite frankly, F*ck Juniper. They deserve it.

It's fairly standard of them to layoff the citizens and permanent residents aND prefer H1s....the demographics in the engg team is one of all thier friends/relatives. They just want a very thin elite/there team for engineering here, and move rest of the bulk to Banaglore.

They really messed up this time. I am interested to know why the "diversity" among those who got laid off is not the same as what we saw in workplace.

I raised a case internally that I was being discriminated because of being an American citizen. The charge was rejected and I got the pink slip after 2 months.

Share recommendations for EEOC lawyer.

Class action here is necessary, and don't worry @ documented evidence. The legal process in the US has discovery for legal team to dig out the evidence and more grounds of suit. Do notify here if there some one experienced in suing them in the US.

The only defence management has is to immediately fire the erring person/s. But in most cases they will still be held accountable for damages.

On what ground? If your target is management, you probably need to have saved evidences before you left. Otherwise it will be hard. Or you are thinking about a class action?
