I was with this company for 10 Years. First 7 years great we were treated very good and respected. The last 3 years since ready refresh took over that is where the nightmare started. That is when up management took over and to be quite honest these guys couldn’t manage my sock draw let along a national company. 2 years ago in the north east they laid off their whole sales force. I wish I was part of the layoff I wasn’t. I had to put up with this company for another 18 months before I got smart and walk out. I didn’t even have another job lined up but I had enough. I am so done with this company I will never drink their water again.

2 years ago this company laid off over 200 hundred people in north east the entire sales force. 2 months ago 90 people in corporate. Last week they just laid off the rest of their sales force Texas, Florida. Now they have no sales force nationally. This company is sinking fast. Their losing customer faster than they are getting new ones. They can’t service them because they are short staff and their route drivers are miserable. Ready refresh is killing this company
Former Nestle employer I was hire for a Key Acct Manger. I was previously with another company for 12 years and I was approached by a sales manager. After going back and forth for a couple of months. I decided to take him up on his offer. My first day on the job was 10/12/2015. I was laid off on 10/28/2018 along with the entire sales force including the sales Manager that hired me I not mad at him and I know he feels bad that I leaft a good job to get laid off 2 weeks later. Not sure why they were hiring me when they were laying people off. I would think they were laying people off or worse this was a knee jerk reaction. I guess we will never know. I learned lesson from this the grass is not always greener on the other side, I recently find a job but I am make less money and I don’t have 4 weeks vacation, but I am paying my bill and they treat me pretty good. Thank you ready refresh for the hard lesson.
Work for this company was great until The Ready Refresh Evil Empire took over. Before this transaction. Nestle was a great company to work for their corporate structure and aspirations and beliefs was a solid company. Kim Jeferies CEO was running a well fine oil machine, until these knuckleheads took over. I just hope the people who are still working their are going to be alright. I want to wish everyone the best of luck on the front line and in the branches. As far as corporate goes I hope they all get let go. I hope they bring in somebody and turn the company around and bring it back to the way it was and the way it should be a respected company.
You might want to spend some time reading "Latest Posts" where you'll discover this is going on everywhere. Same exact story.
Always good to poke your head outside your fishbowl instead of assuming your workplace is the only place in the world something is happening.
As for finding a normal work environment, see above, read until you get it.
Glad to her Corporate was finally effected for years that made big bucks and didn’t do anything or listen to the troops. Maybe if they listen to us and respected us. We would all still be here. I know my future looks really bright that I not with this company. 2018 is going to be great year for me and my family.
Thanks for nothing. I hope Ready Refresh tanks. Thanks would be great!!!
At the end of September they just layed off about 90 people in the corporate office. You can clearly see this company is in trouble, but don’t take my word for it you can ask their current customers how their service is. I am sure you will hear their complaints get ready and buckle up it is going to be a rough ride.
