The largest one overdue concerns Intel's diversity quotas, by which any external candidates without the so called diversity credentials was denied candidacy for nearly 10 years now.

External lawsuits resulting from 2016 ACT; Fab 42, Fab 11X, Costa Rica, Mobile, Drones, Self-Driving Cars, and many many other mistakes... The law firms will identify most of the open and pending legal actions and begin soliciting employees for evidence and class actions... Just keep watching.

This lawsuit will move forward. There are many other law suits in planning or underway already. Intel will be paying for its terrible decisions for many years...

Hope this moves forward. The degree of corruption in executive compensation under the clown has ballooned out of proportion (Fatso is exhibit A), while worker bees have to make do with 2-3% annual raises, that is, if they don't get hit with a SSL4 and kicked to the curb on the spot for no reason whatsoever.
