I am concerned that we'll have redundancies again and that things will get worse in 2018. You never know with Accenture, sometimes it's OK here sometimes it's just crazy. Uncertainty is the only constant here - things keep changing and if we do not sell more work we'll have major problems and redundancies in 2018 - this is nothing new for Accenture, it has always been this way.
