Really not sure where to start when it comes to all things wrong at DaVita right now.
I guess with the obvious: the pay is noticeably lower than industry standards and benefits are jokingly bad. New people get very little if any training, and are pretty much left to fend for themselves from the very start.
Management is horrible, and they have zero people skills. This contributes additionally to already stressful environment of a fast paced job.
The company completely forgets about patients in its grab for more profits, completely stepping over its own supposed core values. Not to mention that they ask you to do some rather questionable activities just to make sure that outcomes are met.
I could go on and on... DaVita used to be a good place to work, but those days are long gone.
