Thread regarding CH2M Hill Cos layoffs

Layoffs are destroying morale

I'm really not sure for how long can CH2M continue with ongoing layoffs. They might fly under the radar because the numbers are small, but we all know they are happening, and we all know to expect the next one.

This is truly doing a number on the employee morale. Not only do we not know if we'll have a job the next day, our already huge workloads are increasing with every new layoff. The company simply transfers the work that was done by those shown the door onto people who are left.

Of course, while the workload and work hours go up, the pay remains the same - and definitely not enough to warrant such increases. Raises are either non-existent or too low to mention.

All of this needs to change really soon if the company wants to keep its best workers. Some are already leaving, and I'm sure it won't be long before more join them.

Happening everywhere. All companies desperate to hide the truth from the public. Not just CH2M Hill. Spend some time reading "Latest Posts" and you'll get an eye opener.
