Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

Operations, Command Center @ BLR

Any thoughts on how this project coming along ?

This was supposed to be the silver bullet for all our operational issues per DK and TM, both of whom are no longer with Sabre. Was also on an unrealistic schedule.

Are our Operational issues fixed now ? We have lost enough clients due to Operational issues

Looks like this project is going to change in Strategy.

Meaning - Millions spent on this are gone. Plus more delays until a new strategy is made up

EO VP KT who was one of the key people in this project quit right after SVP TM.

Plus it was a half baked plan all along.

So quite on expected lines, the project is an Unmitigated Disaster and after spending millions on it, there is nothing to show other than the departures of SVP TM and VP KT

Read the fancy new portrait oriented TVs when you walk into the office each morning. If you see a number next to the P0 or P1 that is not 0 then you have your answer.

The key issue here is that almost all if not all of Sabre executives hired from the outside were major hiring mistakes. Not only did they drive the company to the ground, they got in their incompetent friends and drove away long time Savre folks.

Exhibit A is ofcourse DK.

EXhibit B TM. Sabre hires TM as a SVP. TM was a VP with Sears and United. Definitely not SVP material. Last we know, TM is a VP at Southwest. Speaks a lot about Southwest and their hiring process

The verdict on the current CEO is almost out ....

Go to building B and ask them yourself. You know the people steering this.
