I know I'm not the only one who's been stiffed on commissions by Pitney Bowes... You're expected to work all the time - night and day - and to travel a lot, but when it comes to re-compensating you, they'll do all they can to avoid paying you everything you are owed.
That's, of course, on the rare occasion you do make a commission, considering that your forecast can be impossible to make. This keeps commissions usually out of reach, just like bonuses.
Add to this the job insecurity as of late, and it's clear that this is a place that needs to be exited as soon as possible.
