I really wish the director and line leads would stop overloading us with work that can't be possible finished in our allotted time. Not sure if they don't know or don't care how the work is actually done. They just set up impossible tasks. Even if you are shorthanded on the day, they'll expect the work to be done.
But don't expect your line lead will help you with work, even if they know that it's impossible to finish without help. We can be short three people, the line lead will not even pretend to help. Really disheartening and demoralizing.
On a final note, can we please finally upgrade our equipment and technology at Meijer? It's pathetic how antiquated our systems are.
