Thread regarding Booz Allen Hamilton layoffs

No proper advancement path

Trying to get ahead at Booz can get really frustrating at times. There is no set path to follow or work towards.

The process differs significantly within teams and departments and it's completely subjective in most of the cases. Basically, it can come down to whether you have kissed the right behinds while there and not whether you did an exemplary job.

This is promoting focusing on all the wrong things among the staff, hurting the company in the end.

Booz needs to develop clear requirements and goals necessary to advance within the company. It'll increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
