Lockheed is going downhill because it's full of long-timers who are resistant any kind of change.
Management is arrogant and stuck in their own old ways of doing things. They can't even consider the possibility that some of the new folks could have something good to contribute. Nope.
If you have an idea that would possibly help bring Lockeed into this century, expect to have it shut down immediately. I honestly can't figure out how they think to continue working as is and not lose contracts to companies that are changing and improving with times.
