Hi folks. I work at Mattel. As you may have heard, our company is a sinking ship. We've heard rumors of Hasbro buying Mattel. Have you heard anything?

Literally makes no sense but I’ll forgive you since you probably got canned. Ha-!
Ha- my site is getting cut from Mattel, so am not very happy. Still, don't really care where your stock is, at the end.of the day- Mattel will always be remembered as the toy giant and Hasbro, not so much. Oh and remember, Mattel turned you down mo--n
Ha! In all of our dreams! You are sooooo right. I bet you think that your opinion matters at Hasbro as well. That’s the stuff! Employees gather round and unite! We will fix a changing/dying industry with our hopes and ideas! Get over yourself. Mattel is dead. Hasbro is dead (based on your colleague posts; ASSUMING employee opinions matter). You are in the same “Sinking Ship” Mattel employees are and no amount of adulting will change that. Get your resume worked out. We will all be In the same soup line soon! Maybe Jakks Pacific has some openings for employees that give a sh**.
Wow that last reply that's pretty cold but awesomely funny at the same time. The problem with Mattel is it's been declining steadily for years because the employees of Mattel have lost sight of what it is to have a quality toy in front of you and put it in a child's hands. They forgot what it is to create something toyetic. Mattel started to get politically correct and the quality of their toys went down hill very, very quickly. And on top of that many of the Mattel toys employees only seem to care about perks, not respect the company that actually paid them a salary to put food on their tables and pay their mortgages and fancy cars, but rather take advantage of the company and that's why its failing and in the conundrum that it's in right now. Employees make a company. Look around you, look at the employees, your co-workers past & current, there's the answer
Thanks so much!
Everyone at Hasbro was having a good laugh this morning, these rumors have no basis in reality, sounds like some Mattel executive's fever dream who went blabbing off to the press. In short, this is all fake news. Best of luck with your sinking ship.
