DDs DMs and VPS doing side business are doing most harm to the compnay
Company doesn't need babus and supervisors. It needs skilled professionals,thats lacking here. Very difficult to grow this way.

In the Agile environment, the role of DM, DD and VP has become redundant. Being technically deprived over the years they have become excel and people soft gurus for invoicing and resourcing only.
They will have to see the door soon.
