Unrealistic metrics

If you are working at Comcast forget about being treated like a human being. You are nothing more than a number to them and that's how they'll treat you.

They have to know that the metrics they set up for us are unattainable, but do they care? No. This is creating such an unhealthy environment at the office. People are stressed, nervous, short-tempered... No surprise there, since everybody knows that no matter how hard we work, our compensation payout will be minimal.

And if you are looking to move up, good luck with that. Options to advance here are few to none. The few positions that are available are always filled with people who got here through management.

Comcast truly deserves its bad reputation among the customers.

In retail, I have reps pulling in between $3 to $6k a month selling Xfinity Mobile. That's on top of their hourly.

Not sure where you are, but out west, we're CRUSHING it.
