I was in the office for a few hours this morning listening to guys cold call like mad men I don't think a conversation lasted more than 5 minutes. When they hung up m-fer g-dang it. This companies reputation has really taken a nose dive.

Don't worry, Altice plans to wrap all the optimum vans with the ALTICE logo. Sales will skyrocket once that happens.
All I see are people whose english and grammar skills wouldn't pass grade 2. Only thing that amazes me is that you guys have/had a job at all!
They graduated you like this? ESL students can spell and write better.
Or the fact that Labox training was a joke, didn't work during training, so hears a PDF file on how to install it along with the other 4 installs that are now 20-30 apart...don't forget to fill out paper work regarding how install went

Unfortunately its hard to sell a product when 1. U cant prove it works aka labox.

Where you have let go or fired the very people who live an service your busniess.
Of course sales are down, so is moral, so is the reliable system we once worked on.
You cant sell a product to customers that has now been neglected because so many have gone that knew there job.
Its a shame, this company could have continued to be a great place to work
