APB payout if leaving early in 2018

If my last day in Intel is 1/1/18 will I get the APB? Anyone with experience of this from previous years?

Serious? You get the retirement contribution for 2017 too??? That's nice.

Do you get the same if you leave on 12/31?

Let's be clear. If you are an employee on 1/1/18, you will qualify for the 2017 APB, and the QPB for the last of 2017. You will get a refund of what was withheld for SPP, since you did not stay with the company until the end of the SPP period, which is Feb. 19 typically. You will also earn your retirement contribution for 2017.

The QPB and APB will be earned in 2018 for tax purposes, so they will not show up as 2017 income and you should plan you tax strategies accordingly.

Even if your last day is before, you should get APB as confirmed by HR
