Don't expect to get any proper support or guidance from leadership at First Data... I've been here for a few years, and one time I haven't seen a manager in 10 months...
When you finally do get to see a manager, don't expect it to be the same person you saw the last time... I think that on average, I go through three managers a year...
And if you need a question answered, boy are you not in luck... Expect to wait for at least a few days to receive any kind of feedback, no matter how urgent the matter might be...
How they expect to run a successful company like this is beyond me... No wonder we have layoffs all the time...
