Ah, the constant strategy shifts and re-orgs every 6 months under BK. This reeks of yet another move of desperation. Clown is really grasping at straws here. Really? He just figured out high-performance GPU, parallel processing and GPGPU is the single biggest paradigm shift in computing of the last 10 years and Nvidia is the single largest existential threat ever faced by Intel? The sheer level of incompetence and stupidity in this individual knows no bounds. Nvidia will easily conquer all within 5-10 years if Intel keeps idiot clown BK at the helm.
He will likely get (preemptively) sued, and Intel too, for violating IP and trade secret disclosure from his time and AMD, and, if he signed something, restrictions on going to competitors. He has to know the product roadmaps, costs, customers, etc.

He's the guy running the GPU division in AMD. However, his sudden resignation and immediately joining competition Intel does not look professional. He should have resign, taken a month or two for holiday to cool off before announcing joining competition Intel.
