Thread regarding Williams Cos. layoffs

Me Too

I was called in by an HRBP as a witness per a complaint by a female co-worker against a male co-worker. Said exactly what I witnessed and nothing more. Unsure what happened after that on the complaint. I was treated much differently by my manager over the next few years, no longer felt part of the group.

Laid off after several years with the company.

I went on a Williams United Way Day of Caring with him to a Tulsa Grade school to work with kids! Why did Williams allow this to continue if he had a record of bad behavior with kids?

Don L was a contractor, then converted to an employee. No background check by HR given there was a history?

Our HRBP said that guy was never an employee, he was a contractor. You posted false information.

You should have had your manager in the room with you. You went behind the back of you manager.
