In the beginning I enjoyed working for Abbott but after awhile i realized all this company cared about was the end results. It didn’t matter that you worked long hours day in and day out just to fulfill their expectations that most times were very unrealistic. The toll it took on dedicated hardworking employee was evident but as long as you got the job done nobody cared.
At the end of my career there it seemed that there was more work than employees which translated to even longer work days for stretches at a time. It made me feel like a robot instead of a valued employee. I'm truly glad to be out of there.
