It has been quiet on the layoff front since October. But there were some acquisition rumors from time to time. Things are getting better now?

Bong hitters work for Juniper.
Layoffs on Saturday ... that’s a new one!
March 17 , layoff date
I do not want to worry anymore, submitted my resignation papers yesterday.
Last year the groundbreaking slogan at the Juniper EMEA RSS was "Make EMEA Great Again" with airheads donning a Trump-style red hat displaying the logo. Lots of rave and rants about "head winds" in EMEA. Wonder what the slogan is in this year's EMEA RSS?! Or is there even an RSS? The Tech Summits got cancelled due to cost-cutting as of Q3 last year. I saw that hat , the slogan, the empty hypes and my warning bells started to ring very loud - ran for my life from Juniper. For a non-legacy Juniper person, it all was a tad too ridiculous to be true.
Next earning call is just three weeks away, ain't we all excited?
How are the innovations going BTW?
Kept classy in timing with a reduction in force, no less.
Happy New Year, folks!
Inexplicable promotions in marketing has been a problem for along time.
Agree. In EMEA rumours are circulating again about possible layoffs in Feb/March 2018. Channel/partner team may get impacted. Apparently its being run "mafia style" by a completely inexperienced person hand-picked and promoted inexplicably early 2017 by the SVP. Team members are very unhappy. One of senior member apparently moved earlier in the year and some others I know are looking desperately for a change. Apparently, the manager in charge is out of a comic book with delusions of a world conquest.
Few more days to find out the projected $1.23B was not even close and a repeat of this... https://www.sdxcentral.com/articles/news/juniper-networks-realigns-workforce-q3-2017-earnings/2017/10/
