waiting for the reorg...then wanting the package. employees totally checked out due to complete lack of stability. dedicated employees stuck trying to increase morale when most staff is anxiously awaiting a cut. definition of a mismanaged toxic climate.

yes, agreed. its a strange climate in which no one feels safe and although upper management is staying positive, everyone is waiting for the inevitable. Rumored to be happening after Paramount Network launches.... good luck everyone.
