There are so many reasons on why I left Infor that I don’t know where to begin. Benefits were lousy in comparison to the workload you were given and bonuses were far and inbetween and usually reserved for those who were favored instead of to those who earned it.
There was no room for advancement since the company prefered to hire outside rather than promote from within - which would have saved resources in training and kept morale going with the possibility that there was room for mobility. There was also upper management whose poor decision making affected teams in a negative way. The list goes on and on.
I got tired of giving it my all to a company that didn’t appreciate the value of their employees and went with another company whose history showed that they do. I didn’t regret my decision one bit.
