I noticed that ADP is hiring an "Employee Relations Consultant" at the Norfolk, Virginia office. This consultant will be helping to investigate client and management complaints against employees. This sounds like ADP feels that there is significant belligerence and dissatisfaction at this office. Based on what I have read on this site, I can see how that could be. Could anyone who works at the Norfolk office provide any information on this?

They're laying off, what I estimate to be about 20% of their Norfolk workforce already!
