For a change, no WFR this Monday

This is funny! "Don't blame the company or the CEO. Companies go out of business everyday and have to lay off their dedicated employees with no severance whatsoever."

New companies fail often. Older companies look into the future and adapt to change with proper planning. HPE mgt didn't. You can't "blame" the company, it is just a name but the mgt that allows their trust to crater are can legitimately be called failures and be assessed blame.

Well, it's not all about HPE... AKA, an off-topic post here...

...

But I heard that Santa is laying off his rein deer and replacing them with quadcopter delivery drones!

HPE does immediate layoffs the first day work begins in January of each new year. How bleak.

But you know that WFRs will be back in full swing on Monday the 8th.

Don't blame the company or the CEO. Companies go out of business everyday and have to lay off their dedicated employees with no severance whatsoever.

Blame is the result of normal emotions that human beings project toward others when something as traumatic as a WFR occurs. Just remember that it was your manager that personally selected you for execution not the company. Find hope in the possibility that maybe someday their own bullet may ricochet and hit them straight between the eyes.
