Why are they keeping a Facilities person working from her home in New York. We just don’t get it. How do you semi manage a department from 2000 miles away. Does the proper HR people realize this? This woman has been a joke since the day she was hired, took days off, worked from home on other days, went on maternity leave, came back and her husband got a transfer. Was able to keep her job and work from home. Calls in for a conference call every now and then. What’s up with that. Must be nice to be a stay home mom with a new baby and get a salaried check. She’s not liked by many, but I guess it’s who ya know.... that department is a joke!
