Finally had my call with District Manager about what's going on. She is staying on as District Leader. Rx Sup was given the option to leave or go back to a bench. Several other Rx Sups and DMs have been let go from the company. Our district went down to 16 stores from 22. I'm still desperate to leave, but at least I have a job for a while longer.

Don't be surprised at the F/S earnings on Monday. I have been with the Company for 5 years, and have yet to see positive earnings from the F/S. The reason: Larry Merlo, and company, simply do not know how to run retail, never have, and never will. Why sure they.... when the profit is all in the back of their stores. . Really, unbelievable! I think they have finally "got the message."
Same, found out today. My sup is going back to the bench. Wasn’t offered a district leader position. Will be very interesting to see how my store health scores look for stores with ex-supervisors! I’m sure they will be able to maintain excellent service, all while counseling (in Illinois where it’s now mandatory), oh and don’t forget to entere proper DUR notes, and oh make sure those md calls get made on time, and those pcq calls, and make sure your techs are entering enough waiters, and don’t forget to check the HUB and emails. And don’t forget to have techs pull expires and process them as they go. And make sure they are wiping the shelf’s. HA! What a joke!
I found out today too. My store was moved to another district no where near my store or current district.
