In response to the post commenting on five years of misery...yes, years of legacy CB&I staff fostering a hostile workplace for the employees who joined the company through an acquisition (not just Shaw), how miserable that must have been for you.
Refusal to create a cohesive team, failure to realize we were one company. Lets hope that you don't receive the same type of welcome from McDermott staff.
Hopefully this McDermott group will ignore any suggestions from cb&i execs, fire all top management, and make whats left a good company.
Lol, only thing cb&i successfully fabricated was a big lie for their employees, and shareholders. The only thing they successfully procured was a big payday and engineered was an exit strategy for their execs. How someone could find pride in being employed by cb&i is beyond me.
You being a do-boy, most likely not. You can go up to the top floor and jump off. You can try your best to blame anyone from shaw, but only Asherman, and his crew can take the blame. Shaw was good before cb&i, and would have been better off not selling out to a bunch of losers like cb&i.

Wish we could, but should take out at least those loosers who were posting s%%t on this site. As if they are only experts of Engineering and Management. Wish these loosers leave this bigger-larger-better ship on their own and spread their negativity elsewhere.
Matters not who someone worked for in the past if they do there job and take pride in there work and the company they work for that is a good thing if they are not doing there job then agreed time to go .
