Sales and customer service employees sharing the Christmas spirit. Giving to the kids, giving to their communities. Amazing how customer service and sales are the heart of the company. I can't wait to see if they post pics of all the AUSA holiday parties. I know I don't work in a union shop and I signed up to ATS but who would have thought that they would strip everything including the holidays?!? We had a breakfast a couple months back for what I have no clue. Thank god I didn't eat that sh--. I'd love to see a sales person or front counter employee strap on a tool belt and hang a drop in a windy a-- 6 degree day. Disgusting. Let's not forget the presidential club for sales and the winners going to the DR! Where's our warehouse run?!? Lol. What ever happened to that survey we took about how we'd like to be recognized?!

This attitude of pitting us against each other is exactly what they want. We need to band together and tell the execs we won't take their sh_t any more.

Who cares what sales an customer service does or if they get a party. Consider it severance for doing such a great job. Like telling customers that their install tech will hang all their t.v.s. for 15 points. It does not matter. All the crying an b--ching we do its amazing. (Here comes the Corp troll remark) nope im in the sh-- just like the rest of you.Dealing with outage after outage on a product that will be outdated before they make it work right. That does not matter either. What should matter is we communicate with each other stop the whinning an try to make it as long as each of can for our own sanity. Its always been us vs. them.
