I really wish Boeing would have it’s Upper Management get their act together. Decision making processes are all over the place. They keep changing their minds all the time, which ends up causing anxiety in the workplace for the rest of us. It becomes unnerving when things are running smoothly only to have them change and we are expected to figure things out from there.
One thing is clear, upper management doesn’t have a clue on what they are doing. There is a lack of communication, making management completely detached from its people working under them.
Poor decisions concerning cuts are made without actually looking at the benefits/loss that could occur. Maybe if it was some of them who were being cut, they’d stop and think of the consequences.
