The business is moving to KC. It was obvious when they made the announcement, it's been headed there. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. If i5 is, your head has clearly been in the clouds.
Are tbese groups having their positions eliminated and no packages offered?

The email basically announces that the referenced groups should be expecting to lose their jobs. The timing of the memo is more about legalities (warn notices) as opposed to ruining holidays. It's just awful timing.
First wave should be gone mid 1st quarter if I were to guess.
