I’ve been waiting for any improvements to happen at BV for a long time now. Seriously, getting tired of the insular mindset of management who refuse to be open to any form of change even if it will benefit the company! Feedback is not welcome, especially if it goes against the grain.
Also, there is little to no diversity in senior and executive leadership. As far as I can see no effort is made to integrate men and women of different cultures. The environment is always hectic and short staffed, with no consequences given to employees whose performance is considered subpar because they are friends with someone in management.
All in all, change needs to be made if you want to keep the hard working employees that you currently have now.
