talk about terrible and mentally unhealthy atmosphere... davita takes the cake... or at least my location does... nobody here goes for lunch... we should be able to, but management has created an atmosphere of fear where nobody feels like they should...
people only interact among each other when management isn't there... when they are there it's a nightmare... people are disciplined for smallest infractions... even for stuff that should be part of the actual job, like reading training manuals during work hours... working for ten hours without a break is something we're used to...
this is not normal nor healthy... it seems more like prison labor than actual job... if anybody is considering working for davita, take my advice and stay away...
