Yes, I heard some BU DE's talking a couple of weeks ago about having the BU geos steer their own wells again and only keeping DE's in Wellcon for big data analysis.
I must be a coward and one of the golden few that have been laid off in the last few years. I will continue to be a "yes" man and stab people in the back so I can keep my paycheck coming in. too bad all of our talent was laid off years ago, but at least we have an inexperienced, inexpensive employee pool to draw on. Keeping my head down proudly and not doing much to rock the boat.
Ugh. Every time I hear people say, "keep my head down" it just makes me think how full this company is of cowards and yes-men. Anyone capable of critical thinking either gets canned or quits. What you are left with is the bottom of the barrel - people that live in perpetual fear of ever actually doing their job. It's disgusting.
was wondering the same thing. I keep my head down and stay out of the limelight. I suggest we all do that. PM elimination would be the way ahead in my opinion. Can contract that out if need be.
