Thread regarding Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. layoffs

I was the most senior member of my team and was ambushed by a lay off with no chance to say goodbye to anyone. Two more of my seven team members were given until March. Dozens of people have reached out; Cornerstone has made a huge mistake. Cornerstone has been my family for the last two years and I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken. 4 Weeks severance... How very generous of them considering most companies will not be hiring until after the holidays. And they have the audacity to be posting on LinkedIn about being the best place to work and employee stress during the holidays. Absolutely heartless leadership.
