ch2m is completely failing its employees with its outdated strategies...
executive leadership has been incapable of growing in our primary industry due to this for years now... old and out-of-date project execution strategies are making sure of that...
we should be looking to merge the company instead of cutting costs through headcount reductions...
or if we are going to have layoffs, then make sure they are at the top levels... everybody knows there are so many useless positions there... fat waiting to be cut... that'l save company much more money than cutting low paid people on the bottom of the food chain...
