It's not looking forward to growth, the learnings on new technologies are being done but they care lilltle to engage current staff and busy hiring outsiders. Still lot more to be dealt with the upper bands contributing to sales.

Software test engineers are doing well in United States. I've been there 2 years working on American Express accounts. They have never made me move. Syntel doing well in America!
