Minimal Cleanup in all BUs is just performance based. 1-2% bottom.
Is the 'clean up' based on performance rate or
BU profit? Still see 3 rates hanging around.
Not only DCSG in all divisions there is a minimal layoffs. Happend in all locations, this is for next year cleani up done.
Feeling sad for folks who got affected, don't be mean by calling it "clean up". These are real people with real life, let's be sensitive.

I guess it's Data center group, primarily storage cards.
Last year they had layoffs as they couldn't meet revenue goal. It has been volatile group.

Is this DCSG layoffs only in US
The reason to do it in mid-Dec is so that no matter how long you've worked at Broadcom, your severance package won't take you to the RSU vesting.
