The current attrition looks like rats abandoning a sinking ship. The only ones left behind are the ones ready to bail at any time, the original company men who ruined CR&D for good and some hapless individuals that are invested in San Diego way too much. #WhyWait

It's not all Indians there. I worked with a good mix. Very few FOBs actually. Problem is, everybody is gone. It's been totally hollowed out. Before I left, they were looking to hire fresh MS grads from countries on the terrorist list from no name schools. It used to be PhDs from American universities. Well, at least the ayatollah khamenei's flunky grandson has a job.... After his visa gets approved in 3 years.
QCRD is another curry club like QCT. It will be shuttered after the merger.
CR&D has good talent.. at least it used to have..when I was at QCOM. Now long gone from QCOM..but due to addiction to this site, I keep coming back to this site.. whenever I need entertainment...
CR&D was the patent generator as most of the revered sr.Staff/Principals scoring 50plus patents..I know a bunch of those guys. They are very good as persons as well. Many of these fantastic individuals are from India..
the above last line for those who hate Indians.. and stereotype Indians as conniving..cunning mafia.. the Indians in CR&D are much better than the Indians in QCT..no backstabbing..or not much..in CR&D
