Are all of the DMs going to be notified their services will not be needed starting next year? My husband is a DM and he still didn't get his notification. Is there a chance some are being speared, or is this a company wide thing and it's only a matter of time before he is also notified?

They are eliminating the DM and Rx Sup positions and combining the position into the new District Leader position. Districts, Regions, and Areas are being redistributed and a district will comprise of about 14-15 stores now. The DMs and Rx Sup are being offered District Leader positions based on their numbers and performance. The rest are being demoted or laid off.
Transitioning From district manager to district leader - getting rid of pharmacy supervisor position. He should have been told one way or the other by now.
They are getting rid of the pharmacy supervisor position not dm so if he hasn't heard anything he should be ok!
