Better things ahead

Like the 75% of us that were previously laid off, here to tell you it gets better. Yes, it will be hard to find a new job. Yes, it s---s because it’s around the holiday season. Yes, you hung on for pure hope.

It gets better. No more worrying if you will have a job. You will have closure and likely find a better organization to work for (likely not as good benefits).

For Tampa, Norcross and Bissonnet. Don’t wait to find a new job. They will either sell or do you dirty like they did with the other 90+ campuses.

Hang in there.

AS LONG AS YOU DON'T HAVE EVEREST DEGREES, YOU HAVE A CHANCE OF GETTING A JOB AFTER THE LAYOFF.

To the poster below. I have a question for you. It sounds like you got laid off originally correct? If you felt Zenith was ripping off students why didn't you quit? It sounds like you got laid off and bitter. Not being a jerk but read your posts. Glad you dint vote for Hillary however. This country thanks you!

Zenith hasn't closed. They still have 3 campuses remaining.

Good question. I think we all know it failed but were making good money in the meantime. Many of us have skills and will collect the severance, two months etc. In the meantime I have already been contacted on Linked in for interviews so no skin off my back. I really wish everyone else well and I hope former employees are all doing well. Just the way I roll especially during Holiday Season. On another note I do not believe people were really being jerks to laid off people unless they were managers that truly s---ed and deserved it by treatment of their subordinates.

Why did it take a layoff for you to detach from the failed Zenith? It has been evident for well over a year that the company was not sustainable.

We got the same thing and have 2.5 years experience and seniority in our new jobs. A lot of you made fun of us when we were let go. What goes around comes around, s---ers.

I think its funny that you all are gloating about layoffs when you losers were laid off over 2.5 years ago. In the meantime we made good money for 2.5 years and are getting way better severance packages plus two months pay with Federal Warn Act. The funniest thing is you losers are still on this site 2.5 years later. Please..I will spend some of my severance package for therapy for you losers. Out!

Kinda funny how a lot of you had nasty remarks for those of us who were terminated over the last couple years, all I can say to the ones losing their jobs now, bwahahahaha

It comes as final closure for those of us who were jettisoned 3 months after the take over. Am I happy Zenith failed, YES. Do I feel sorry for the ones who stayed and are losing their jobs now, NO.
