Thay might outsource out side plant work there’s too much work. Like SRO’s NID’s and the guys that’s left can’t do all the work short staff.
We all were sent the Mandates Via Email here in CT .. 6 Jobs per day ... as far as the PDO work being 6 per day ... That’s great for U if your touching Fiber .. Use that to get a Job off this sinking ship

I disagree. I think it's both... 6 jobs for osp. As usual convoluted to keep the advantage on the company's side. Please, Oakland, speak up and enlighten the rest of us about your situation. Can we just join in with you, instead of having to redo the process in all the other shops?

I hear OSP in westchester is falling apart. I think they need to change manager and supervisor needs to go before it gets any better.
Who ever thinks Plant jobs are quick they have never done a job the right way !!! Node to customers tap takes time . Safety , meter slow as heck , weather ETC ... takes time we can all be a One Amp Champ if that is what they want that’s what they will get and I still wont achieve 6 Jobs per day ... it’s a goal that’s put there to see ATS fail ... that’s the plan !!! Fail - Fold - rename - rehire ... cheaper pay !!! The plan has always been there ... Sad what this place has become !

Even if you do 6 jobs you still won't get paid the bonus. Heard that starts February 2112.
General maintenance is not a Billable job !!!! Set up to fail ... can’t just go and change a Tap plate without a Job on your Tec Trac !!!
Go do some general maintenance at the end of the day and replace a couple tap plates waste their money. There is your six jobs. If your not looking for another job your only harming yourself. Unless your only hanging on for a few more years.

I don't think anyone is crying. They are just saying it's not something that is easily achieved If possible at all. Trouble shooting can take some time.
