Product Management is so terrible, they know nothing about the product, product market and competition. They should be gone first!!!!
Not seeing management let go this round of cuts. New hires still coming in. Predix workers will keep jobs.
GE needs to clean house, especially completely incompetent SR technology middle management. They have managed to hire garbage leftover from SV and gave them exec positions to turn around their image as software technology company. The result is obvious.
Industrial GE is a slightly different story. They are management heavy but in east coast they have great work ethics, training programs and pride of the company. San Ramon is worst of both worlds!! Bunch of amoral jokers have become ‘leaders’.
I hope GE cleans up this flood water and brings in good hires to ressurect Predix!
Do we know how many officers do we have in GE Digital? Have somebody counted?
S---s, but f-them.. They are management heavy, and the management is horrendous. No wonder the products fail. Job hunting is horrible, but in the end I think its for the better.. BuhBye GE.
