Thread regarding Capgemini layoffs

How many things has the management promised and never delivered on? Sometimes it was outright lies and sometimes it's just failing to deliver on what was promised, but the result is the same. Employees who end up screwed over once more by those on top. This is continuously increasing the disconnect between workers and management and it will only end up costing Capgemini in the end. Add to that the fact that most of the management knows very little about the jobs they are supposed to be doing and supervising and you have a recipe for disaster which I'm sure they'll try to rectify through layoffs. Management will be Capgemini's downfall.
