Variable pay made 0% by RK... EMs fighting hard to get 50% variable pay.
By firing seniors these folks are gaining incentives showing cost reduction, VPs are DD s have formed cartel and once the earmarked senior employees are moved to bench they share data with each other thro Unit HR and prevent the benched folks from getting into projects in each other's verticals, creating a justification for layoff- the hapless seniors who run from from pillar to post to get into project not knowing that they have been earmarked from layoff to cost savings finally find themselves humiliated and fired.
Blood money is being enjoyed by VPs , DDs and DMS
Incentive for firing manager level employee - 1 lakh, PL 0.5lakh, other grades 10-25K,
That is the revenue leakage. Need to tighten and plug the leak there.
No business coming in, but how DD and VP enjoying company facilities still.
